The horns on my 1939 Deluxe Tudor have stopped working. I have replaced the relay with a NOS 91A 13842. I soldered the wiring harness connections to the relay. I have full battery voltage between the wiring harness connections and ground. Next, I am considering checking the connections at the light switch. Any suggestions as to where else I should look? try putting 6 volts directly to the horns from the battery, that will tell if the problem is with the horns or elsewere.
