What is the correct torque for the lug nuts on. my 46 coupe? Thanks.

The correct torque, per the shop manuals, for the 1952 & 1953 Ford Passenger Cars is 65-75 ft-lb. Since the studs and nuts for the 46 Ford are similar, those values should be correct.
