A 38 Deluxe grill looks very similar to the 39 standard, but there are enough difference that wil not allow it to be an exact replacement. Some modifications will have to be made. The 38 standard looked similar to the 37 with a different grill. I don't think anyone makes a reproduction of the grill for the 39 standard. Your best bet is to try recyclers that specialize in older cars. What is the problem with your grill, missing or bent? Tom
