Lost my relay on the 46 super deluxe got a new old stock one and tested fine. The issue is the tabs on the relay. The old one they soldered the terminals to the tabs. Is there another way? That seems awkward. You can see in the picture my harness has ring terminals and the tabs on the relay do not match.

You can purchase some tab type terminals, cut off the ring terminals and solder the tab terminals to your wires to provide proper connections to your NOS relay.

Slip the ring terminals under the tab as you have done with the yellow wire and then solder them. The horns require a lot of current and for reliable operation the wires should be soldered.

Well, I discovered that my trunk wire to the liscense plate was disconnected. Plugged it in and the horn works fine.
