I'd like to have info about obtaining and installing brake floaters on my 35 convertible sedan. For instance, would I have to find original parts to do this or are there reliable/quality reproduction kits available?

When installing floaters follow instruction regarding installation, brake shoe type and adjustment procedure.

Check with Snyder's Model A Parts in Ohio, they handle Flathead Ted's floater kits that I have heard good things about.

I looked at Snyder's website and they did not show them for a V-8, so if they don't carry them, contact Michael at Third Gen Automotive to see if he is going to offer them.

OK. I tried Ted's web site email address two days ago to get a few questions answered and never got any response. I'll try contacting Michael. I'm of the opinion if a person buys one of the new improved kits that he worked on for a year it can be used on Model A's though 1935 vehicles.
