Is the 1939 Mercury brake/clutch assembly the same as a '39 Ford?

Pedal Bracket 91A-2467 is the same for Ford and Mercury. The pedals are different Mercury clutch pedal is 99A-7520-A and Brake Pedal is 99A-2455.
