Hello. My wiper has stopped working. I obtained a rebuild kit but the pressure regulator does not seem to do anything. Any tips. Perhaps a manual wiper.

Many of the pressure regulators do not work because the internals dry rot. If it doesn't leak vacuum suggest use the ON/OFF switch

In 1997 I bought an NOS wiper motor for my '34 roadster. It worked for a few months and then stopped working. I squirted some Aerosol oil into it and it started working again and is still working today.
