Would anyone know how my Holly 94/59 carb. would react if power valve not working.??.Car is hard to start and will not idle.Johna

When the power valve fails, too much gas floods the car and it's hard to start, hard to keep running, and won't idle.

When the car is idling, look down the throat of the carburetor. If you see gas dribbling out, the power valve is one suspect, float level is the prime suspect. Tom
