First remove the door and window handles. Then remove the inside window garnish molding. Then remove the door panel (you can buy an inexpensive pry tool to pry the panel clips from the door). Next remove the bolts/screws that hold the window regulator in place in the door. Then push inward on the regulator so the shaft clears the door and slowly lower the entire assembly with window attached. Once down in the door you can slide the regulator off the window track and remove it from the tack and out of the door. Then you can remove the window. Some windows will come out from the bottom of the door while others will need to be tipped upward and come out through the top of the opening. It would be helpful if there is a second set of hands to help you as the entire unit is heavy.
