Looks to me that is part of a Southwind accessory heater.

the man I bought it from says his father had a 54 wagon and it ran on propane. He recognized it instantly. Apparently propane wasn't taxed while gasoline was and the engines ran cleaner and much longer

adapter that looks like a SOUTH WIND HEATER exhaust part, it also could have been used for the burnt gases on the propane heater, to enter the burnt gases into the intake manifolf ,by vacuum ., this was used under the carburetor, this has another part atached to the end looks like it might be a extra valve for propane use, hope this helps 37Ragtopman This message was edited by 37RAGTOPMAN on 12-13-22 @ 3:57 PM
