We, my friend and I, have concluded we need to replace the taillight socket for my 1935 Ford 5 window. While I’ve found the wired set to purchase (a couple with springs), how do we remove the old one and replace it? It seems glued in place or at least it baffles us. Thank you. Jim 42YearsandWaiting

can you post a few photos? the wire and should be removed though were the bulb is, just disconnect the wires and remove the bulb and pull the wires out you do not need to remove the bulb holder, if it ok, hope this helps 37Ragtopman
