Is Sanders my best (only ??) bet for a replacement wind wing ?

Thank you.

A local glass shop can cut the glass for you if you have a pattern, which given that you refer to the part in the singular suggests that you only need to replace one side, and you can apply the Ford logo yourself with a kit from thirdgenauto.com. It's easy to do it yourself.

I made mine for our 34 Phaeton by making a cardboraf templatte and have tempered glass wings made bythe glass shop.
Then etched the logon on them woth some ivy with 1934 in to Ford Oval. They were beautiful but no goo with side curtains in ,
Due to the suicide doors they had to be folded in with e side curtains in place, the peep morrors were mounted to the wings and the wings were mounted to the windshiel. 34 Phaetons were fair weather cars.

Completely agree about fair weather nature of these - I’ve never mounted the side curtains even once !

The picture in my previous post was the 2001 Glidden Tour In Mackinaw City MI. Temp stayed about 43 degrees and rain every day, left the top up and side curtains in the whole week. After that and the 1999 rainy Glidden tour in the Shenandoah Valley, VA, where we parked a Luray Caverns wiht the side curtains off and it poured rain while we were under ground. We went back to closed car touring in our 34 Fordor.
