hi brains trust, I have a 6volt 3rd brush generator on my 37 coupe, just had it rebuilt for the second time and all seams good. we run a 6 volt electric fuel pump, what amperage would you set the generator, mostly daytime driving with minimal night driving. cheers fat dog (Australia)

mate , I have the stock 6v gen on my 33 ,,I have a fun projects regulator thingy on it ,it takes care of the setting. But if you have the stock cut out ,I would set it at about 2-3 amps charging at 50 KPH. if you do mostly day time driving. Lawrie
