in search of a someone close to Raleigh NC that can rebuild and\or mentor in rebuild of my 39 transmissions (I have 2 40 trans to pull parts from) as well as help with my 34 banjo that according to my dad "something is not right with it". Also looking for a shop near Raleigh that can turn brake drums\fit shoes. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I do have the Vern Tardel's Banjo-Differential and his Trans Service & Repair book as well as the Van Pelt trans book but not sure I am confident enough to tackle all of this.

There is a guy in Charlotte NC, goes by KiWinus on the Ford Barn . He just retired as the shop manager of RoushFenway Racing and is opening up his own shop. You might try him. ______________ No signature
