Topic: Connecting Rod Tube

I'm looking for a spindle connecting rod tube for my 46 coupe. The Green Book says its part number is 21A-3283. Those that have this on their 42-48 car, could you post a picture of it please? The book shows the rod as straight. other sources show it having a bend left of center on the passenger side. Mine has a bend but I don't know if has been bent further at some time. If I need to replace it, would some one have a good one for sale or is there a vendor who might have one? Thanks for any advice or help you all provide.

Brad, the common name for that part is "tie rod" and it is supposed to be straight. You can buy one at most parts suppliers.

Thanks Tom. I was going to call it like that, but thought someone would want the Ford name to find it in the book.
I'll order one.
