The change made to drop the left menu column from the forum pages is a great improvement. It's much easier to view posts, and there is much more content without scrolling. My thanks to all that put this site together and administer it. Nice job...

I agree. The removal of the left column is a good improvement. Now, if the number of discussions could be increased from the current ten, we would be approaching perfection! Thanks Tom

Tom, log in and choose 'Preferences' from the top bar on the Forum page. Change the 'Default Topics Returned:' parameter to '50', and save the changes. I did this and get 50 topic rows returned on each page. Since this setting is stored in your browser 'cookies' (if enabled), it seems to use that stored value even if you are not logged in. So, if you use a PC that you haven't logged into the forum from, the settings would still remain at the default. This message was edited by donclink on 10-17-09 @ 2:51 PM

Excellent, Don. Extending the topic list thru a "preferences" adjustment certainly makes navigation easier.
