Can I use a 47 Columbia in my 34 sedan?

Well, yes. However, if I may offer some advice...
Have the Columbia (right side ) axle housing modified to "make it" a proper '34 housing. John Connelly does this task beautifully, promptly and reasonably.
With the proper axle housing and the original left housing, you may use the center section from the '47 Columbia.
At that point, it's a simple matter of installation.
Controls? If it were me, I'd seek out a correct set. I believe John can supply all or nearly all of the required components.

If you do as Kube suggest and decide to use the 34 center housing you will need a spacer which John also has, due to the 34 housing is slightly thinner than the 47. John has all the gaskets, seals and parts and controls. You will also need to use both 34 axles and spiders.

What’s a fair price to pay for one without the dash controls??

The Columbia controls you are showing in your pictures are the electric over vacuum type for the 46-48 Ford vehicles.
A Columbia in a '34 is not a correct application, especially since you will be using a modified '47 Columbia.. Do yourself a favor, use the '47 controls on your car, they are more user friendly compared to the earlier mechanical switch.
I have a '47-48 Columbia under my '36, it was a bolt together application using a combination of '47-48, 36 and '37-38 parts. i used the vacuum/electric shift controls mounted to the inner fender panel in lieu of the left engine head.
I did not note a clutch safety switch assembly in your collection of parts. A very important item.

The one in the photo? If you feel lucky, no more than $750.

Dean if you are not worried about being completely original I would explore putting a Mitch*ll overdrive in you car.

Another option, if you are not worried about keeping the vehicle close to stock, is to use a Borg-Warner T5 transmission. The Model A guys have a conversion for doing this. The T5 offers several advantages like not having to deal with a second separate gearbox with additional controls. The T5s are also available with a number of different gear ratios to satisfy just about any needs you may have.

On Ford Barn there is a detailed way to install a T5 AND retain the torque tube. Best of two worlds. FWIW
