Topic: Replacing original spotlights?

I like the look of the spotlights on my ‘36 Phaeton, but all tension has been lost in the rods and they just hang loose at the side of the car. I see that Mac’s has replacement spotlights. Would these be identical to the original Ford accessory? If I choose to swap out the originals, will I need to buy new brackets/hardware too? Or can I use the original hardware!

Thanks!
John

h*llo,i have a 37 fordor and it has Unity spots/driving lights. they were one of i think a couple orig. mnfac of aux. lights suppliers in chicago ill. the still mfg. these lights and aluminum mounts. i changed my amber bulbs for some clear to get a little more light on the road. although i ordered from steiner tractor supply cause i thought were better price but not sure now. i think buying direct from Unity is a better than macs. check it out. tom.
