Was that a factory color offered for 1939 models? Is it still available in the original formula via PPG or other source?

According to "The 1938-39 Ford Book" published by the national club, "M-1772 Dartmouth Green" was an original color available on late 1938-1939 Fords. Maybe others can answer your questions about current availability.
