Has anybody got a 37 Ford luggage rack available to look at? Would like to know the width of the stainless steel mouldings, the restoration book shows the different lengths but I would like to know the width in case I need to have some made. Would really be nice to find them as orininal good used but I know that will be tough.Thank You.

Thanks Don very much appreciated, looks like yours is on a very nice looking coupe,or may be a club cabriolet with trunk? I have had about 4 people help me offline and all so far have the luggage rack on coupes like I intend to do. Not needed with trunk actually but I sure think they were classy for the last year Ford offered untill what, Mustang? Roy Nacewicz informed me the mouldings were actually made from the 35 Ford hood side moulding tooling only shorter and no one reproduces, says some have been able to shorten and reweld the 35 mouldings. I am also missing the bottom support to bumper arm brackets, wonder if really needed? Thanks again.

Mine is on a Tudor Deluxe Slantback. Yes they are cool and I get a lot of comments on mine as they are very rare. I had two racks, and had to make all the mounting hardware for one. Good thing I had one for a pattern.
