Is there a press fit on the King pins? If so, what is the press fit?

you should be able to push in by hand, with no play
otherwise you will not be able to steer the car easily. and probably score the pins and bushing, seizing of the 2 parts,
Hope this helps 37RAGTOPMAN KEEP ON TRUCKIN,,,

All kingpin bushings have to be reamed to fit. Take your spindles, new bushings, and new kingpins to a good machine shop for fitting. Don't forget to drill new grease holes in the bushings when in place.

It's a slip fit. That is, about .002" to .003". A typical press fit is size for size to .001".
