One of the problems with many old cars are large blind spots when trying to backup. Has anyone ever used a wireless back up camera kit? Ideally, a kit that would allow easy removal so it could be used on multiple cars? To complicate things more is the 6 volt-12 volt quandary. My son gave me one a few years back and I tried it on both of my cars. There was so much static on the screen when I had it in my 40 Merc, that I could not tell what was driveway and what was grass. The 53 Lincoln was a little better. I do not know how much he paid for it, so a better quality one might work. I used a jumper battery to supply the 12 volts to the screen, the camera has batteries in it. The camera batteries did not last long. Tom

I could not see very well out the right side of my 48 Mercury convertible. I now use a "Baby Monitor Mirror" to look out and it mounts on the inside of the windshield with a suction cup. This solved the problem and I can easily remove the mirror if needed. Bill Large
