These cars we have are old, and A lot of the people on these forums have done repairs on the steering geometry. In saying that; a lot of them need the tools to adjust the toe, caster, and camber after working on the steering components.Because I have gotten so much help on this site, I want to give back to the members! I can, and will, recommend the easiest to use, and best tool to adjust the toe in.It cost me about $55.00, and was well worth it! It's very easy to use, and accurate! It consists of two toe plates, and two tape measures; with magnetic tips- so one person can do the job; but as always, having a partner to help makes the job a little easier; and takes less time. A 15 year old could set the toe with these!!You can find them under the name on them; Long Acre Racing; Toe boards; and I highly recommend you get the Red, powder coated. ones. I've used mine on friends cars a lot, and they still look like NEW!!, and,if like me you have to go it alone; get a piece of cement in tha garden area of Lowes, to support the one on the passenger side ( while you take measurements and adjust on the other side,) to keep it from moving! I just googled it and prices are high, low, and in between!-used $58.64- high $129. Regards, Steve Lee This message was edited by sarahcecelia on 1-1-21 @ 12:57 PM
