I am looking for opinions from restorers. Do you use dielectric grease on your connections to prevent corrosion? Thanks in advance for the replies.

I do; however, this is as much to facilitate future disassembly as much as anything else (bullet connectors are a case in point).

two times what Tom indicated, I used dielectric grease to prevent water incursion, now I use the no-oxide grease

Regarding the "bullet" connectors, they were used to facilitate the installation of components on the assembly line, and serve little purpose otherwise. They can, and do, often create problems as the rubber cover ages and disintegrates. At our shop we solder the "bullets" together and cover the connection with a piece of black heat shrink tubing before the joining and heating to shrink it. This preserves the appearance for those who want to keep the connection "real", while it eliminates the constant problems caused by poor contact, and needs no grease which can cause such problems.
