Thank you to all those who assisted me this year! I asked a lot of questions and got excellent advice from the folks on this forum. I have a long way to go, but I am actively working on the 40, and look forward to driving it around again, this Spring.

Yes, we do have some wonderfully knowledgeable members here. You have also given me another opportunity to remind 1940 Ford owners that the long awaited 1940 Ford Book, authored by Michael Kubarth is being printed as I write this.
