  does anyone know which wire goes to where on switch 4 wires off blower thanks in advance

  Welcome to the Forum.

There are color dots next to the switch terminals to designate which color wire attaches to the terminal.

If you need information on how to determine the color of the faded wires, you can do a search for heater switch. If that doesn't work, I can give you the procedure. Right now, I am very busy withe Christmas stuff fo my family, or I would do the search for you.

  The small DC motors use a wire on each brush for the armature and a wire on each field winding. The control switch connects both the armature and the field winding together in series. The switch also reverses the armature connections to the field to place the motor in the defrost mode. There is a resistor on the switch which is used to place the motor in slow speed. In the diagram below you can see the four wires (R, Y, BN, G) to the motor. The switch uses three of these wires (R, Y, BN) and an additional black wire to the vehicle battery negative.
