  There is minimal information to decode here. B1 indicates a V-8 engine in a 1951 vehicle. SP indicates the St. Paul assembly plant. 139082 is the serial number of the engine.

Much more information should be available on a data plate for late 1951 vehicles (May 1951 or later) or a code stamped into the cowl on earlier models. If you can find this, then more clues can be decoded.

  Decode the Color D and Trim code D??? Production code 10G6199C? Help please!

  All this information is coming from the 1949-1950-1951 Ford Book that the Club sells at the Online Store (left hand menu)

Body Color
D = Alpine Blue

Trim
D = Custom Broadcloth, gray star dot

Another place you can look to help find information on the vehicle is the "bug" on the windows. The bottom edge of each glass panel had a Ford script in a circle with Safety Glass and letters to the left and right of Ford.
The letters represent the month and year that the glass was manufactured -- it is usually about 2 months prior to when the vehicle was assembled. This may not be the case for assembly at the Twin Cities Ford Assembly (St Paul) as they had a glass manufacturing facility in house.
The code is rather simple. A = 1, B = 2, C = 3....etc So 1 would be January etc. And the letters on the right should be EK which would be 51.

Hope this helps some.
