  Good morning .........

Having a problem removing the rear drum on my ‘40. I popped it loose, but it only moves a small amount on the spindle. Anyone have a drum puller they could recommend ?

Thx very much......Mike

Try backing off the adjusters, top and bottom.

Mike. the drum is likely caught on the lip at the back edge of the drum, that develops from wear caused by the brake linings. Back off the adjustments to see if the will work for you.

Any chance you have "safety hubs"? Look to see if there are two studs with nuts and two bolts holding the backing plate onto the rear instead of four bolts. Add your location and someone may volunteer a puller.
