I am assuming you are talking about the shock links, correct ?
you can use a small gear puller, I have a small tie rod type puller that works for me,
also a heat gun might help with a little PB BLASTER RUST BUSTER, and use a brass drift and hammer, tap lightly on the shaft,
at Home depot, $20.00 for a gallon ,a Great BUY
these are a tapered shaft, so should release,
