I've replaced the glass tube in the gauge , and the line to the tank, and cleaned and inspected the sending unit, it was corroded and plugged with crud now all open. so if I blow in the small air line at the sending unit the red fluid goes up but if I plug the line it won't hold, so it would seem that I have a leak, but my fitting is tight, so frustration is setting in. Any help or advise is much appreciated. Thank You

Update I put some dum dum putty around the small copper line at rear of gauge and the red fluid did hold when I blew in and pinched off my rubber hose! Best thing that happened all week yea hoo!
