Replacements for the wood bows are available from Oak Bows in Pennsylvania and complete reproduction top irons are available from Wescott's in Oregon. I don't think that anyone offers individual parts that make up the top iron assemblies. Judging from your photo, something appears amiss as the slope of the windshield is greater than it was originally.
