can someone help me get the dash cluster away from the dash odometer needs repair along with trip gauge have had no luck 1940 ford deluxe coupe thanks

there are 4 screws that hold the speedo gauge,unscrew the speedo cable and trip cable,these 4 screws are a bear to get at but its doable
