What is the routing of the speedometer cable from the "turtle" to the speedometer, and where does this clamp attach?

Attached are some pictures of the routing on my '39. I had no guidance on where to place the clip. There was already a hole in the frame. It just seemed to work in that location. Larry

Thanks Larry, I figured it out. There is a hole in the bottom frame rail under the pedal assembly. A self tapping bolt with a shoulder screws in to hold the bracket.
