In looking around for a replacement engine, I've run across a short block that (appears to) have the numbers 010715 on top of the bellhousing. Can someone identify this block for me? Thanks.

How many cylinder head studs does it have? 21 or 24? Is there a "shelf" behind the timing gear cover that will support a pencil? Is the distributor on the front or on top? We really need more info than you have given to narrow it down some.
