I would appreciate it if anyone can refer me to the best books, articles, information on installing the windows on my 1937. Everything from the cranks to the fuzz and guides. Thank you for any help.

At one time Dennis Carpenter Ford Reproductions 1932-1948 parts catalogues had a section in the rear that showed how to install new window glass in a 1940 Ford.
Not sure what year it ceased to be included, but it is not in the 2018 catalogue that I currently have.

Here is a link to glass installation for the 1940-1948 cars. Most of the procedures are the same.

To install the fuzzy strip on the doors. I made a paper template of the holes in the door and then used a small drill to make the holes in the fuzzy strip. Keep the paper tight on the door, interior trim piece and on the fuzzy strip. Keep the fuzzy strip straight when drilling holes. One way to do this is to stretch it and nail it to a piece of scr*p wood. If the strip is not straight without kinks, start a new piece. A kink can scratch the glass and looks sloppy.

Install the end fasteners first so that the strip will be tight across the door and then install the other fasteners.
I made my own staples for the interior piece from stiff wire.

Bob Drake sells a tool to help with compressing the spring behind the door panel so you can remove and install the pin that hold the handle on. I have never felt the need for it, but some people swear by it.
