I am redoing the inner fenders on my 53 Customline. When I started there was, unsurprisingly, almost nothing left of the splash shields. The dilemma is I have new shields but I have no idea which way they face and I have the entire front end disassembled so I can't even test fit them to check myself. Can anyone tell me which direction the curved part faces ( engine or tire ) or possibly show a picture of that lower inner fender frame area. I posted a photo of the front end sheet metal for a 1953 FORD, this is from my 1949 1959 FORD PARTS catalog, that I use for reference. Hope this helps 1937Ragtopman
