Does anyone know if a 1938 Ford sedan rear vent window seal will interchange with a 1937 Ford sedan? B0b Drakes has the part for a 1938 but could not tell me if it fit the 1937 sedan. Or perhaps someone knows where I can purchase the seals for the 1937 humpback sedan...??? Thanks.,,Mike K.

I presume your rear vent windows open and close? I have a 37 humpback fordor. I got mine through C&G ford parts. They're pretty proud of them, they ain't cheap. $165.00 for two 18 inch pieces of rubber. They were made by Metro Moulded Parts (www.metrommp.com). They are in Coon Rapids, Minn. 55448. (763) 757-0310. Call them and see if you can get them directly from them. The good news is, they fit absolutely perfect. They are a very nice aftermarket product. I open and close the windows, no problem.

Yes, the vent windows do open and close OK....I will call the company and see if they have the parts.

Hey Mike, you got them 12.00 cheaper than I paid! They are one of the best made/fitting aftermarket parts I've bought. I wouldn't expect less for that kind of cabbage.

The cost is still up there.....must be because no one else is making them. I've checked all over and only the one company has them and sends them out to dealers for the premium price. I've got a '40 Ford coupe and the vent seals were only in the $40...range with Bob Drake company.
