Got a faulty rear door latch on my 'Delivery'. Any suggestions for sourcing a replacement? New member.... thanks!

Very hard to find even 20 years ago. When the rear door sagged (as the wood frame aged) and you tried to close (slam) the door, you ruined the latch. Your best bet is to try to repair the latch.

You may want to post a want ad in the Classifieds section of this site, as well as on the FordBarn. Good hunting:)

  Please define 'faulty'.
Once you take the latch out, look at it -- the mechanism parts (that attach to the bracket that is scr*w*d to the door) are very similar for other years. You maybe able to use those mechanism parts from another latch to make yours work or work better than it is.

Try to fix your original latch if possible.
