I have a vinyl upholstery kit (L-B), in my '36 that is two years old. It keeps getting a white damp film on it. It wipes off easily but what is going on? Out gassing of the vinyl? How can it be stopped or eliminated ? Thanks, Tom

Are you using Armorall? I've had your exact problem using it on a vinyl interior of one of my cars. It may be the combination of Armorall and humidity but in any case, I stopped using it and the problem went away.

Best to avoid Armorall on anything.

I agree with my friend, Tom. ArmorAll contains silicone, and will affect any surfaces that need to be repainted, making the job difficult to impossible.
