The ring looks like a 49-50 ford . Not sure about the medallion.

Thank you both of you I wonder where granddad got it I know he didnt have one of those cars only the cars before and after that but I guess I will never know

1949 sedan. The gold was used in '49, red in '50. Regards, Steve Lee
