I have a 1946 Ford and its a rescue job. Someone else took engine out and started to install a chevy 350 engine. I have a box full of brackets and parts. If anyone has changed their engine and has a picture of front of motor it would be greatly appreciated. If their are any installation concerns/road blocks that information is also appreciated. Thanks

Are you trying to install the 350 or the original Ford engine?

You are welcome to post questions about your car on this Forum but I think you will find the best answers to your current problem at the HAMB forum:

Most of the people that post here have stock configurations in their cars, the HAMB forum is mainly for modified cars. Feel free to post any other questions here.

Your question leads me to ask more questions. are you mating the Chevy Motor to the original Ford transmission? or putting in a later transmission and rear end? It makes a big difference as the parts needed can be totally different.

I can give you the information that the 350 unlike the early engines had it's motor mounts on the side instead of the front. For that reason I would not claim to know anything about the answer.
