The inner and outer brackets on my 36 front bumper are both bolted to the outer side of the frame rail. I have the 35-36 book which doesn't tell if this is correct. I have new bumper grommets I want to install and judging from the openings on them, it seems that the brackets (arms) should mount on each side of the frame rail. I'm I correct? I have't worked on the bumper till now. Thank You Frank
