Was someone making new top hinges for the trunk. All the reproductions are the shorter 2 hole version and I need the longer 3 hole . Similar to the 37 but without the ribs. Thanks.

C&G shows four types of hinges for your '36. Roadster, cabriolet, humpback 4 door, and coupe. Call them at 800/266-0470 and describe your car. Trunk hinges tend to be different enough between models of the same make that it takes an expert to know the difference. I ordered a set of hinges for my '47 convertible from Drake, and what they sent didn't come close. When I called them, they said "you must have an odd car because no one else has complained." When I called C&G, they said there are three types for the 41-48 convertible. I described mine, and received the ones that fit!
