If you have personal property such as your own upholstery and top material, seat springs, etc. at the former LeBaron Bonney site and you have not received a letter from the law firm handling the bankruptcy, you should contact them immediately at attorneykitaeff@aol.com to request a copy of a form for claiming personal property at an event scheduled for this coming Monday, the 22nd where such property can be retrieved if properly documented. This is distinct from claims of financial loss which must be presented to the Federal Bankruptcy Court in Massachusetts.
