Can anyone tell me when Ford's last 1953 car was produced? We are working on new signage for the flathead displays at Speedway Motor's Museum of American speed. Thanks for the help.

You likely can obtain that information from the Benson Ford Research Center in Dearborn, MI. You will need to be more specific in your question than what you have posed herein. For example, if consistent with the preceding model years, it is highly likely that the truly 'last' 1953 car was not produced in the U.S.A., but rather abroad. Further, if your question pertains to the last 'flathead' V8-powered car, that would not be a 1953 model car, but rather a 1954 model car as the 1954s produced in Canada continued to have flathead V8 engines.

At best there will be a record of the month of the last 1953 or 1954 car produced worldwide and likely it will be in the following calendar year for either model. Odds are the last of the flathead V8 cars was a 1954 model produced in Australia in 1955 with its engine made in Canada.
