Topic: 32-34 king pins

Can someone post an exploded drawing of a 32-34 king pin installation? I guess I know where the bearing goes, but the C&G kit also has felt and several shims. I have no idea as to their location. Thanks

  MG,

With respect, the second reference that you provided is accurate for a '32-'34, but the first is incorrect; that is not a '32-'34 spindle in that video.

Supercub,

The order of assembly shown in that video should not be followed for a stock '32-'34 king pin assembly with a stock spindle. The bearing should be at the top of the spindle, not at the bottom as shown in the video. The felt seal and its capture washer belong immediately below the bottom of the axle, felt down.
The shims may or may not be required depending on the wear on the ends of the axle and on the spindle.

Thanks, I recognized the later spindles shown in the video. I knew on a 32-34 the bearing was at the top of the king pin. Thanks for telling me where the felt seal, and the capture washer goes. Thanks.
