Hello Everyone. Im a Newbe, just received my 50 ford V8 Flathead, its a 6 volt. Never had a 6 volt and wondering why its wired backward flow: positive to motor and negative to relay? All 6 volt fords from model a's on were positive ground. I believe 55 was the last year for 6 volt. Your vehicle is wired correctly. Charge ,your battery in the normal way plus to plus and neg to neg. This message was edited by cliftford on 11-2-18 @ 9:21 AM
