What were the colors on the 50 Crestliner and the 51 Victoria? I was told there were only 2 color combos on each model.

  RJ,

I can respond on the '50 Crestliner. Originally, there were two color combinations: Coronation Red Metallic/Black and Sportsman Green/Black. Later Hawaiian Bronze/Brown was added.

I can't answer about the '51 Victoria.

RJ, According to "The 1949-50-51 Ford Book" published by the V8 club (which you should order if you own or are thinking about buying one of these cars) the '51 Victoria could be: Single-tone; Mexicalli Maroon, Raven Black, Alpine Blue, Hawthorne Green Metallic or Sea Island Green. Two-tone; Sandpiper Tan body w/ Hawaiin Bronze Metallic top (or reverse), Alpine Blue body w/ Silvertone Gray top, Greenbrier Green body with Sea Island Green top, Sea Island Green body with Raven Black top, or Sportsman's Green body w/ Raven Black top. (Mexicalli Maroon was replaced with Carnival Red Metallic on April 24, 1951 and Sportsman's Green body with Raven Black top was replaced with Sandpiper Tan body and Hawaiin Bronze Metallic top on May 1, 1951.)

Note: I typed this pretty much the way the book presents it, but it leaves me with a question about whether you could get Hawaiin Bronze Metallic in any combination before May 1, 1951. Someone will know...
