I see that my 59AB oil filter can has had the supply lines removed and the pan and sender plugged. Does this mean the engine is being starved for oil or is there still flow? Thanks!

This will not affect flow or pressure. The PO probably thought it was limiting flow and pressure. Put a new filter element in and reconnect it. All will be fine John
