Not sure what you are asking. If it is the bearing surfaces for the rear wheel bearings, they cannot be turned at all. The surface in the hub and on the axle housing are the bearing surfaces for the rear wheel roller bearings. If the surface in the hub is bad you will have to find a better one or have the pitted surface built up by welding and then turned to the original diameter. If the surface that is bad is the axle housing, then housing can be taken to an automotive machine shop and turned down to insert a replacement race. The races are available from the usual suppliers.
